Glow by Yasmin maintains this site and all information and services for the use of our customers.

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to be confirmed. 

Once paid, this deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment. The deposit may be transferred to a credit note that is valid for 6 months if the client cancels the service more than 7 days prior to the appointment.

If the client cancels the appointment less than 7 days prior, they will lose their 50% non-refundable deposit. 

If the client cancels the appointment more than 7 days prior, the 50% non-refundable deposit may be transferred to a credit note that is valid for 6 months. 

If the client is late to the appointment by 15 minutes or more, the appointment is automatically cancelled and they will lose their 50% non-refundable deposit. 

• Sunday appointments incur a $20 surcharge. 
• Appointments before 7am Monday-Saturday incur a $50 early start fee.
• Appointments before 8am on Sunday’s incur a $50 early start fee.
• Appointments on Public Holiday’s incur a $50 surcharge.
• Bridal bookings before 7am incur an early start fee of $250.

Any bridal booking requires a minimum of $500 spend to be applicable for service. 

• We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without prior notice.
• Clients will be informed of changes.
• Changes take effect immediately upon notification.
• Continued use of services implies acceptance of new prices.
• If a booking is made prior to the price change, the price change will not apply.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed at any time on this page. 

We reserve the right to modify, update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
